The Company produces and co-produces original series and live event broadcasts. Its' broadcasting outlets include the MQM Channel on Sling.com, MQMtelevision, and an MQM channel on B2CableTV. In addition to its strategic affiliation with Hollywood Center Studios, it has strategic partnerships with Sling/Dish Networks, B2 Networks, Oovoo, and ScanScout, to name a few.

In addition to its' own productions, MQM also provides complete turn-key, production, and live broadband broadcasting services, which can range from free to view to live Pay Per View. The Company also provides comprehensive live broadband broadcasting and distribution services from venues in Los Angeles and Las Vegas.

Ivan Gulas is CEO of MirageQuest Media (MQM). He has been involved with entertainment production and leading-edge, entertainment technologies, for over a decade, and has been repeatedly cited as an innovator in entertainment industry publications. In a lead article, WIRED named him as one of "25 players who are reinventing entertainment" in Hollywood.

In 1997, Gulas' Boston based company purchased Pacific Title & Art Studio, which, at the time, was of Hollywood's oldest and most respected optical/digital post-production studios. During his tenure as Co-Chairman & President of Pacific Title & Arts Studio, he oversaw the company's massive expansion, which included the build out of a new 75,000 sq. ft, sound stage & studio complex, and participation in the highest profile visual effects driven films (e.g. Titanic, Deep Impact, Dr. Dolittle 2) and TV projects. He directed the Company's participation in Tom Hanks' "From Earth To The Moon", which garnered an Emmy Nomination and played a leadership role in such projects as Pacific Title's digital restoration of the The Wizard of Oz and Star Wars trilogy. He was also the co-inventor, and U.S. patent which was a core component of the Company's groundbreaking facial animation technologies, around which, a spin out of PTM, LifeFx, Inc. became NASDAQ listed company.

Following the sale of his interest in Pacific Title, in 2000, Gulas founded MQM, where he continued his participation in film, TV and DVD projects. He served as Executive Producer on Dress Code, a feature film directed by and starring Shirley Maclaine, and was the Director of Visual Effects for Olympic Glory, an IMAX film produced by Frank Marshal and Kathleen Kennedy. Gulas also oversaw MQMs production participation on Citas World, which aired 6 days a week for two hours on BET. He has also served as Executive Producer, Producer & Director on a series of live to air and Pay-Per-View shows, including five MMA & World Pro Fighting Championships from the Toyota Center in Houston and The Orleans arena in Las Vegas.

Gulas was also the Chairman of The World Encryption Bank and e-Clone Technologies (Canada), and was the CEO of the Vegas TV Channel. He was also the President of B2TV, where he remains an investor, and a strategic partner. B2 Networks has grown to become the market leaders in the broadband broadcasting of live events. The Company broadcasts over 800 hours of live sporting events per week, and produces and broadcasts over 200 live broadcasts during many weekends. The Company has successfully produced over 16,000 live broadband broadcasts most via PPV. B2 Networks content partners include over 420 teams, 10 professional Leagues, and over 350 NCAA teams, and schools and leagues. B2 holds exclusive live global broadband broadcasting rights to its broadcasts, which also include the AHL, ECHL, IHL, USHL, NAHL, WSHL, TUF, Indoor Football League, Tennis Tournaments (Del Ray) and fitness events (FAME).

For over 15 years prior to transitioning his career to entertainment, Dr. Gulas was on the faculty of the Harvard Medical School, Dept. of Psychiatry/Psychology and in clinical practice. He is also published author or a book and numerous articles, and a recipient of the prestigious Humanitarian of the Year Award from the Emmanuel Foundation, joining among other recipients former President George H. Bush.

Gulas was born in Hungary and escaped during the 1956 Hungarian Revolution. He attended graduate school at Dartmouth College, and holds honor degrees from Boston University and Ohio University. He completed his clinical internship at Beth Israel Hospital- Harvard Medical School, where he was also a post doctoral fellow. Since the mid 1990s Gulas has focused exclusively on entrepreneurial ventures in entertainment production, entertainment technologies and new media. He has a passion for creative TV, film and new media projects, as well as for the challenges of turning innovative concepts into viable business ventures.
