MirageQuest Media (MQM) is pleased to introduce the Ultimatte Service Package. Services are available at Hollywood Center Studios, Stage 12 (pre-lit, green, cove stage), or on any other stage (smaller or larger) when green/blue background is used.  

The Ultimatte Service Package can be configured as needed, and includes: Ultimatte HD/SD (with sync generator, monitor & WFM), Radamac Pan/Tilt/Zoom & Focus Head, and Background generator. The package includes the services of John Cipoletti, a video engineer, with over 20 years of green/blue screen and virtual set production experience.   

MQM’s Ultimatte Service Package is an ideal solution for: 

1. Real time compositing in HD/SD. Background can be generated in real-time via; CG generator, tape or network (IP), or even a server (SAN) streaming live background from anywhere in the world in real time.  If desired, we can also retransmit your composite back to you in SD or HD over broadband. 

2. Green screen replacement with “Electronic Green”. We guarantee to eliminate green contamination on foreground talent, or the job is free!  

3. Green screen removal (Hi-Con key). This process simplifies post compositing and saves time.  The client is given a camera original with green screen removed and replaced with colored background of choice, along with alpha channel (black & white image).  Both camera original and alpha come with “synchronous” time code, delivered on video tape, file based storage or streamed live to the web. 

4. Pre-Viz. Used for better placement of talent for postproduction. Reduced stress for post.
